Meet your Coach

    My name is Cary Bakker. I have been drawn to meditation my entire life - I can't even recall how it started, just that I knew about it and would "try" to meditate. Over the next 20 to 30 years, I experimented with nearly every meditation technique or process I could find.

    It took a combination of life factors (read: negative experiences in life) and an accumulation of meditative techniques to eventually find what I call "true meditation", that is, meditation without crutches, training wheels, or guidance, and an ability to reach an unmistakable heightened state of mind.

    A Software Engineer by trade, the required logical thinking and problem solving skills allowed me to deconstruct the process and systematize my practice to make it simple and accessible to others. In this course, I've deconstructed many of the obscure and esoteric practices down into a very logical, simple, and systematic process for reaching a deep meditative state.

    It's my desire to help change lives by reducing the unnecessary, but frequent, suffering of modern life... where much of the suffering is self imposed. Meditation provides not only physical and biological benefits for the body, but also a sense of clarity and coherence of mind that allows individuals to live their best lives.

    I have spent years sharing these practices with others through Personal Success / Mindset Coaching programs, where many minds have been opened to what's truly possible as clients became their best selves and began living their best lives.
